A clear signal of continuity, stability and shared prospects
Kremsmüller Romania S.R.L. and Kraftanlagen Romania S.R.L. signed a Business Transfer Agreement on 21 September 2026. The transaction implies the transfer of Kremsmüller’s operational business in Romania to Kraftanlagen Romania following the formalities and stages applicable for this special transaction. This includes the employees covered by the transfer, customer and supplier contracts, as well as selected assets necessary for operations.
Until the transaction is completed in accordance with Romanian law, business operations will continue as usual. Existing customer orders will continue to be fulfilled reliably., securely, and to the usual high standard. Kremsmüller Romania’s technical expertise and long-standing knowledge of the market and its customers will specifically strengthen Kraftanlagen Romania.
Together, they will form an even more capable team with expanded expertise, particularly in the areas of maintenance, tank services and rotating equipment.
Kremsmüller and Kraftanlagen will manage the transition jointly, in a structured and transparent manner. Existing project and construction site teams will be retained as much as possible. This will ensure the preservation of valuable knowledge, established customer relationships, and operational stability.
Under Romanian law, the transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant competition authority. It is currently expected to close within the next four to six weeks. Until then, operations will continue as usual.
