Equans Process Solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of Kraftanlagen Energies & Services SE and part of the international Equans Group, has expanded its leadership team. Marijan Culina has been the company’s new managing director since 1 May 2026.
With the appointment of Marijan Culina Equans Process Solutions has gained an experienced executive with over 15 years’ experience in the engineering, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. He has held various leadership roles and has been responsible for life sciences organisations, complex EPC projects, project management units, and international production and maintenance operations.
As a specialised EPC contractor, Equans Process Solutions focuses on integrated design-and-build solutions for the process industry. The company implements industrial projects holistically across the entire value chain, from process design to qualification.
By strengthening its management team, Equans Process Solutions is further expanding its position in high-growth future markets such as pharmaceuticals, battery production, and semiconductors, and solidifying its role as a reliable partner in the implementation of challenging industrial transformation processes.
Marijan Culina has been the new managing director of Equans Process Solutions GmbH since May 1, 2026.
