Conceptul de conversie a inclus extinderea cl\u0103dirii cu \u00eenc\u0103 un etaj. Extinderea tehnic\u0103 const\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 pompe de c\u0103ldur\u0103, care cresc eficien\u021ba \u00eentregului sistem \u00een timpul func\u021bion\u0103rii CHP.
