Our customer service will support you with competent and experienced fitters and a 24/7 on-call service.

Regular service and maintenance are prerequisites for a smooth and safe operation – and we are taking care of it. Our service includes periodic, event-triggered as well as forward-looking inspections and maintenance tasks in accordance with the relevant regulations and guidelines. We are working exclusively with qualified experts that are always up to date on current technologies thanks to product-specific training.

Repairs and maintenance tasks are no problem for us even if the system has to remain in operation.

We have our own customer service department with experienced employees that cover service and maintenance of all utility services systems (heating, ventilation, sanitation, smoke warning systems, air conditioning and refrigeration technology as well as sprinkler systems). In case of emergencies, we are offering an around-the-clock service to be able to react quickly.
