Technical computation

Piping systems are subjected to different chemical, thermal and mechanical stresses. As a basis for component and part design, we conduct process simulations and system analyses as well as strength and fatigue calculations.

The demands on technical computation have increased as a result of the energy transition. For example, by adding regenerative energy heat recovery systems, the operating mode of fossil power plants changes, which lastingly influences the load conditions of the piping system and the safety technology related components and therefore the plant availability.

With highly specialised software solutions, we simulate the flow in piping system and conduct fatigue checks to determine the service life of plant components. Designed accordingly, a plant calculated and computed by us meets the highest requirements.
