As a service technician at the Kraftanlagen Group I am responsible for the installation and maintenance of HVAC and sanitary systems. It is work that involves my travelling a great deal to customer premises and working on construction sites, and it is multi-faceted because every customer and every system has very individual requirements. To keep our specialist expertise right up-to-date at all times, Kraftanlagen employees attend regular training and further training courses.

A particular highlight of my previous work at Kraftanlagen involved an assignment in an office complex in Munich consisting of two towers, each over 100 metres in height. There, in just four months, we replaced more than 600 heat, cold and water meters across more than 30 storeys. The wide-ranging nature of my work, and the fact that I can work independently, inspires me every day to go to work with enthusiasm. Which is why it never fails to fill me with joy when I am able to offer our customers a quick solution to their problem, and to receive a satisfied smile and a handshake in return.

The coming years will certainly also be very exciting for us. As digitisation advances in leaps and strides, we are going to become increasingly networked as we work on construction sites. In particular, I look forward to passing on my experience as a service technician at Kraftanlagen to many new colleagues and trainees.
